1. PRODUCT FEATURE OF PROFESSIONAL USE SILICONE SEALANT

l Easy to use – one part silicone sealant, no mixing required. Can be dispensed with an ordinary caulking gun.

l Cures to a strong, flexible seal capable of withstanding movement in and around the joint..

l Outstanding weatherproofing ability, resisting to ultraviolet ray, ozone, snow, or temperature extremes.

l Non-slumping; can be used in vertical and overhead joints.

3. APPLICATION OF PROFESSIONAL USE SILICONE SEALANT

--Thoroughly clean and dry surface from oil, dirt and grease. Allow to dry completely before applying silicone.

--Cut the seal at the top of the cartridge and cut the nozzle at a 45° angle, to the size of the gap opening. Screw the nozzle to the top of the cartridge.

--Place the cartridge into a caulking gun.

--Hold the caulking gun at a 45° angle. Press the nozzle opening against the joint, apply steady pressure to the caulking gun and extrude the silicone sealant forcing the sealant into the gap and move in a pushing motion, along the joint in one smooth action.

--Sealant will cure fully in 48 hours. As this point any unwanted sealant can be removed by trimming with a sharp blade, but avoid under cutting the seal.

4. STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE OF PROFESSIONAL USE SILICONE SEALANT

12 months from manufacture date when store in cool dry locations below 25℃, keep away from heat source and direct sunlight during storage.

7.FAQ

Q: What’s the reason that after the silicone sealant cured, it will be crack out of the base material?

A: The base material is not match for silicone sealant or there are some duct on the base material surface when use the silicone sealant. In order to avoid this happen. Before use the silicone sealant, please kindly clean the base material surface and recommend to do the compatibility test.

Q: What’s the difference between Neutral silicone sealant and Acetic silicone sealant?

Neutral silicone sealant can be used both indoor or outdoor, but acetic silicone sealant just can be used indoor.
