Product Features：Building Silicone Sealant S99 is a neutral cure, one part, non-mixing required, RTV silicone sealant, Mildew resistance which can be applied in kitchen, bathroom and sanitary wares like shower screens, bath-tubs, sink and so on. General glazing application for different substrates like glass, ceramic tiles, porcelains, aluminum. Place where high humidity is encountered. Can be applied in any season with excellent weathering UV light, vibration, moisture, ozone, temperature extremes.

3. APPLICATION AREAS OF BUILDING SILICONE SEALANT S99
l Aluminum composite panels cladding, aluminum and glass curtain walls.
l General glazing and weather sealing in curtain walls and building facades.
l Windows & doors perimeter joints. e.g. Vinyl windows, aluminum windows, PVC, UPVC windows etc.
l Glass, aluminum, ceramics, metals, steel, fiberglass, most plastics, tiles, bricks, marble & granite surfaces and so on.
4. APPLICATION OF BUILDING SILICONE SEALANT S99
--Thoroughly clean and dry surface from oil, dirt and grease. Allow to dry completely before applying silicone.
--Cut the seal at the top of the cartridge and cut the nozzle at a 45° angle, to the size of the gap opening. Screw the nozzle to the top of the cartridge.
--Place the cartridge into a caulking gun.
--Hold the caulking gun at a 45° angle. Press the nozzle opening against the joint, apply steady pressure to the caulking gun and extrude the silicone sealant forcing the sealant into the gap and move in a pushing motion, along the joint in one smooth action.
--Sealant will cure fully in 48 hours. As this point any unwanted sealant can be removed by trimming with a sharp blade, but avoid under cutting the seal.
5. STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE OF BUILDING SILICONE SEALANT S99
12 months from manufacture date when store in cool dry locations below 25℃, keep away from heat source and direct sunlight during storage.
